BlinkCut Terms of Use

Welcome to BlinkCut. These Terms of Use govern your use of the BlinkCut app and the BlinkCut website operated by Rullit.

By downloading or using BlinkCut, you agree to these Terms.

Using BlinkCut

BlinkCut is licensed, not sold, to you for personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may use BlinkCut only in compliance with applicable laws.

Your Content

You are responsible for all videos, audio, images, captions, transcripts, and other content you import, edit, export, or share using BlinkCut.

You must only use content that you own or have permission to use.

Rullit does not claim ownership of your content. BlinkCut does not acquire ownership of your imported or exported content. Your videos remain yours at all times.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlinkCut to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute unlawful or malicious content
• Attempt to interfere with BlinkCut or its operation

Purchases

BlinkCut may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

All billing, payment, subscription management, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Intellectual Property

BlinkCut, its design, branding, software, and related content are owned by Rullit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant ownership of BlinkCut or its underlying software.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to BlinkCut if you violate these Terms or use BlinkCut in a way that may harm Rullit, other users, or the app's operation.

Disclaimer

BlinkCut is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit makes no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or fitness of BlinkCut for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rullit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BlinkCut.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of BlinkCut after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
